Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange.

Provide your order details and a description of the issue along with any supporting photos if applicable.

Once approved, instructions for returning the product, including a prepaid shipping label (if applicable), will be provided.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was received defective or not as described.

If you prefer an exchange, please mention this when initiating your return request. We will work to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
